What is my problem I can not get motivated at all. I never went to the gym today. I am for sure going tomorrow for TRX.

Things that make you go hmm
Well I going to try out the Lose It app on my phone. It is a really easy way to watch your calories.
Lat Friday I had a great workout. It was all about he arm's. And I paid for it for four day's. My arm a finally feeling better. SO I will be back at the gym tonight doing leg's. I will try and have Dawn take some pictures of me doing donkey kicks.. Get out there and Sweat Pink.

Trying to get my groove back.
So today is my first day back in the gym. I got into a funk and was really tired from being up all night with my sister and the baby. But today I put on my big girl panties and went to TRX and boy I am glad I did. I got my sweat on and it made me feel so good.
Here are the straps of death lol.
I am heading out to the store to get some vitamins I am feeling so crappy and I think it is because I stopped taking them.. So everyone have a great day and Sweat Pink.

Going out of town
So tomorrow we are heading out of town to take the kids to Seattle. And then on Sunday is the really fun day Wild Waves water park. I will post some pictures when I come home.
My workout's this week are ok I have not pushed myself at all. I did do TRX this week and the butt workout yesterday. Today I am not feeling up to par at all. Went out with my husband last night and drank to much. Next week I will do better.

Sorry I have Been MIA
Alright it is Tuesday. Sorry I have not been around. So Friday Aug 10 th the kids and i climbed To the top of Multhnomah Falls. It was hard but so great to make it all the way for the first time.
I also won a Bondi Band from fellow blogger https://www.facebook.com/runcupcakerun?ref=stream I wore it today and I love it. Talk about not needing to carry around a towel.
Today I did TRX the best I could with my wrist tendentious sucks.But i will keep at it. Did I mention I love Click protein Go check them out at www.drinkclick.com you will love it too.

Tired
Happy Monday all. So I have this chance to do a 21 day sugar detox review. I sounds like a great opportunity. I would get my blog a spot on the website for the book.
On another note I can not wait to get back to the gym. I know I only work 2 days a week but they are very long 16 hr shifts. I am a CNA in a nursing home. I also joined the Biggest Loser program at work. I weighed in at 198.8 lbs. (all tho it is that time of the month) I am very disappointed. I need to find the right diet or healthy life style change.
Saturday we went to Mt. St Helens and I got to wear my Sweat Pink Race shirt from www.fitapproach.com.
I was a very hot day..
