Well I going to try out the Lose It app on my phone. It is a really easy way to watch your calories.
Lat Friday I had a great workout. It was all about he arm's. And I paid for it for four day's. My arm a finally feeling better. SO I will be back at the gym tonight doing leg's. I will try and have Dawn take some pictures of me doing donkey kicks.. Get out there and Sweat Pink.
